(CSE: AGC) (FSE: X370) (“ Avanti ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that the Company has closed its private placement offering of 50,000,000 units of the Company (each, a “ Unit ”) at a price of $0.50 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of C$25,000,000, as previously announced on September 30, 2025 and October 1, 2025 (the “ Offering ”).
