Location & Infrastructure

Misisi

Project Overview
  • Owned 73.5% by Avanti, 21.9% by China base MMG Ltd and 5% carried interest by the DRC Government

  • Located 250 km south of Bukavu, the provincial capital of South Kivu

  • Three contiguous mining licenses covering 133 km2 of prospective exploration ground along the 55 km long Kibara Gold belt (expiring in 2045)

  • Hosts the Akyanga gold deposit with a 43-101 compliant Inferred Mineral Resource of 41 Mt at an average grade of 2.37 g/t containing 3.1 Moz

  • High-grade gold mineralization traced over much of the length of the belt

  • Two significant gold mines located approximately 50 km north of the Akyanga deposit (Twangiza and Namoya)

Robust High Grade Resources

3.1 Moz
Resource

An inferred resource of 3.1 Moz grading 2.16 g/t Au at Akyanga based on 500km of trenching and 22,000 m of drilling.

Open
for Expansion

Mineralization resource remains open for expansion both along strike and at depth.

Potential for
Low Strip Ratio

Mineralization in shallowly dipping, continuous quartz veins.

Near-Term Growth Targets

  • Pit Optimization: Incorporating higher metal prices combined with refinement of engineering assumptions allows for the inclusion of mineralized material outside of the current pit shell.

  • Extension Drilling: Mineralization remains open both along strike and down dip.

  • Parallel Mineral Structure: Akyanga East defined by >3km trend with limited drilling.
